[Hallc_running] [New Logentry] RC daily update

Data taking is going well. 

In HMS we are finishing up the LH2 running at 59 deg and 1.05 GeV/c. Once we are done with LH2 we will take some C 1.5 % data and then change polarity to measure the charge symmetric background (sometime during the swing shift).

In SHMS we are about half way to completing the data taking at 33 deg and -2.6 GeV/c.  Then we will move to -2.1 and -1.7 GeV/c. When that's done we will change polarity to measure the charge symmetric background.

 We had a raster power supply failure this morning, Bill Gunning came in and replaced it: https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3542461 , https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3542488

>From the MCC meeting this morning:

--> Beam studies start tomorrow at 9 am; we may get some parasitic beam from 9 to 11 am. 

--> We can get a controlled access between 11 am and 2 pm but I would need to arrange it with RadCon; if anyone really needs an access to Hall C please let me know (757-270-8916) before 7:30 am tomorrow morning so I can ask for RadCon support at the MCC meeting.

--> The PD also warned us that one of the 1L13 zone vacuum pumps needs to have the controller replaced; the hope is that the pump will last without servicing until the RF recovery on Tuesday (which is likely according to Arne's recent entry: https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3542563). At the MCC they are watching it and if it appears that the pump will need servicing before Tuesday  they may do RF recovery on Monday and beam studies on Tuesday.
