Dear collaborators,

   MCC:
         -During the weekend 2nd (old) CHL1 transformer dismantling went well.
         -Old gear was craned out Saturday morning and the new transformer and boxes put into position.
         -Work wrapped up Sunday with the transformer  being energized (no load).
         -Early Sunday morning the CHL1 feed was powered up.
         -All looks ok, work is on schedule.
         -MCC started operation with 24/7 staffing today.
         -CHL 2K pump down started, RF is ON, Box power supplies is ON, Trim magnets is ON.
   HallC:
         -Switching from Restricted access to Controlled access planed for Wednesday afternoon.
         -Cooling down target Loop1(Helium) will be Wednesday during the day.
         -Target liquefying will be 22 March Thursday if things goes well with beam restoration.
   Shifts:
         -Shifts will be on Standby till day shift Thursday 22.
   RC meeting:
          -We will meet Tuesday March 20 at 1:30 p.m. in the conference room located on the second floor of the counting house.
