[Hallc_running] [New Logentry] Shift update

There will be no beam during the day shift. Only the TO is needed in the counting house. The shift leader and the 3rd have been released from their shift duties.

The swing shift crew should show up for their shift as usual. The expectation right now is that we might get beam during swing.
