[Hallc_running] [New Logentry] Update - Hall status starting with Sunday

Beam will be off starting with 5 am on Sunday. The target will be warmed up starting with 6 am. We will ramp down the magnets and turn off their power supplies and will turn off HVs for all detectors starting with 5 am, as soon as the beam is off.

Hall C systems owners should place their systems in a safe configuration that does not require monitoring by shift personnel. The counting house will not be staffed starting with the day shift on Sunday.

RadCon will begin the Hall C survey at ~11 am to place the hall in restricted access. The process of surveying the hall may last longer than typical. Hall C should be in Restricted Access by ~2 pm.

If anyone needs access to the hall before 2 pm to place their system in a safe configuration, there will be an opportunity to go in with the survey team at ~11 am.
