[Hallc_running] [New Logentry] RC evening update

I spoke with the PD after 3 pm and it sounds like Ops would like Hall C locked up by 1 pm. This is possible on our side. If the PSS work that will be done tomorrow will not drop the linacs into Restricted and all else goes well :) then there is a chance that Ops will try to restore beam to Hall C before the end of the day shift.

In the hall there is only the walkthrough scheduled for 10 am and the work by Steve L. on the HMS dipole LN2 valve.

If people plan to work on any other systems used for production data taking (in or outside the hall), please clear it with the Hall C RC first.

The day shift crew should show up for their shift as usual (this should answer one of the questions I got earlier via email).
