[Hallc_running] [New Logentry] RC daily update

Since running was going smoothly yesterday , we decided to end KIN2B at around 4pm yesterday and switch to KIN3B.
We plan to be at KIN3B for 72 hours.
Last night , beam was good.
On Friday, beam will go down for a "Wien flip" at the injector at 8:30am for 4-6 hours.
We will ask for controlled access so the Dave Gaskell can do some preparation for the Moller test on Monday.


There will NOT be an RC meeting today.
