[Hallc_running] [New Logentry] RC daily update

Ran smoothly at KIN3B overnight.
At 8:30 beam off for WIEN angle flip.
Dave Gaskell went into hall for a quick access to look at Moller target.
Beam was back by noon.   It has been a little shaky at the start.
We will stay at KIN3B for about 24 more hours.
Then switch to Elastics that match KIN3B, followed by KIN2A.

No RC meeting today.
