[Hallc_running] RC Daily Update

Hello Everyone,

Running was very good over the weekend. Early this morning the PSS 
dropped and we were sent to restricted access. This transitioned into 
beam studies which have wrapped up.  Currently the hall is power permit 
following the hall sweep. So we anticipate production beam very soon. We 
changed back to Phase-1 kinematics which we will likely run until 
tomorrow afternoon. 

The RC meeting will be held today at 4:30 in the counting house.  For
