[Hallc_running] [Revised Logentry] Hall C swing and owl shifts are cancelled

Wed swing and Thur owl shifts are cancelled. (When the beam comes up, the MCC is going to concentrate on sending beam to Halls A and B.) 

Thurs day shift should come in as scheduled, and will hopefully see some beam. http://accboard.acc.jlab.org/board_images/wb1.jpg
