The hall is currently in controlled access as Walter is in working on some HMS Q1 vacuum issues: https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3821998
Junhao is in the counting house working on understanding and improving the target polarization. 
The accelerator is down due to a transformer blown last night bringing down 1L07: https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3821817. This work is expected to finish up around noon. 
Jay anticipates optics issues and about 12 hours to get the machine back up before beam is ready for the halls. 
When the machine is back up, Hall C is priority to establish high current. This could be expected during owl shift tonight.
