[Hallc_running] [New Logentry] RC daily update

We started to receive tune beam and then CW late on owl shift. We verified the raster on the 3He target at the new (0,-1) position. 

Priority today is to get high current beam to Hall C. MCC estimates we will have this set up by end of day shift.
