[Hallc_running] Shift Crew Reminder: please follow the COVID 6' distancing and mask rules

Hi folks,

Just a reminder to the shift crews (in particular) to please be vigilant
about following the COVID 6' distancing and mask-wearing rules.

If you're eating/drinking, move well away from the others in Counting
House (ie. use the round table, and/or use the hcdesk console on the
opposite wall from the TO station).

If you're troubleshooting, remember that all screens can be brought up
on multiple consoles, so try to do that rather than all crowding around
one screen.

Please be careful.  It would be real blow to the experiment if we had an
outbreak that could have been avoided.
