[Hallc_running] [Revised Logentry] RC Daily Update

During the last 24 hours, things were relatively smoother in terms of data taking. Still there has been overall beam quality issues (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3837618) during swing and owl shift that were mostly due to BLM trips at Hall D line along with IIC3H04 transport ion chamber trips.

Yesterday until ~ 7pm, we continued taking data with PolHe3 transverse 270 deg at Kin C-Z (HMS is at 20 degrees -4 GeV and SHMS is at 18 degrees -5.6 GeV). Then, we rotated the target to longitudinal 180 deg and started taking data with PolHe3 longitudinal Kin A-X (SHMS -7.5 GeV 11 degrees, HMS -4.2 GeV 13.50 degrees). For now we're planning to stay here until tomorrow morning when beam will be gone for the pass change. Rest of the run plan will be solidified at today's RC meeting.

Tomorrow, beam will be gone at 8:30am to start the pass change from 5 pass to 1 pass. We are planning to complete the following (tentative) list of items during tomorrow's access:

1) Target collimator installation (RadCon to take the panels out + survey, techs to remove the mounts, JP to install the blocks)

2) Spectrometer rotation (Steve/Amy)

3) EPR photo-diode light collection check (Junhao)

4) Purge water from compressor (techs)

5) Simona's Solid Cherenkov work
