[Hallc_running] [New Logentry] RC daily update (8/22), no 4:15pm meeting today

Dear Collaborators, 

I am very happy to report the target installation work is make good progress, gratitude to the target experts who started early and stopped very late last night.

Despite the great progress, we had a few minor issues which caused some delay. Please see a progress report in JP's log entry at 2 am (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3832227). The target work will continue today. In general, based on my conservative estimation, we are still on track to leave the target polarized tonight and start production sometime tomorrow. There is no change in the shift status, if your shift is in on-call status, please stay close to your phone during the shift hours. 

Also accelerator has been sending beam to other halls since 8pm last night.

There will be no 4:15pm RC meeting today.
