[Hallc_running] Hall C Shift Schedule sign-ups

Dear PolHe3 Collaborators,

If you were signed up for some of the shifts that ended up being
cancelled this week, and/or haven't signed up yet, please sign up
for upcoming weeks as soon as you can:

Hall C is ready to go, so we waiting on the Accelerator at this point.

I'd like to be ready whenever they are, so please help fill up the
