Yesterday during the RC meeting, it was decided to change the the target cell (install the last cell - Tommy) and reference cell along with replacing the target ladder. The target group made a great progress yesterday; installation of the target cell (Arun & Bill) was completed and alignment checks were done (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3838689). Plastic carbon holder has been removed this morning. Currently mounting the aluminum carbon holder along with installing reference cell (Fauci) is ongoing.

All the magnets are ramped down to 0 (except for HMS Q2 --> 10uA) and turned off yesterday evening https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3838576. Today at 1:30pm the spectrometers will be rotated remotely (HMS --> 20 deg and SHMS --> 18 deg) to set them up for 5-pass running. Steve L. re-enabled the rotation switch. Jerry and Larry will be there in case help is needed. Simona will be monitoring the SHMS rotation as well.

Today's swing and owl shifts are canceled. TOs are on call. TOs will be updated once I have more information about the target work status.
