Yesterday, the new target ladder with new carbon hole foils and reference cell installation were completed. RTD and cable connections and alignment checks are done https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3839258.

Hall went into the laser controlled access around 11 pm yesterday for the laser alignment, laser power and polarization check. These tasks were completed around 8 am in the morning. Junhao found out the input connector of the EPR RF amplifier was broken. Broken connector was replaced by Chuck https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3839512.  Ethan fixed the transverse right QWP that wasn't working earlier in the morning https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3839530 https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3839388. By 1pm today, target work has been completed https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3839548. Techs are currently closing the target enclosure. Once the target enclosure is closed up we will be ready for beam. 

On the other side, accelerator has been working on the RF recovery since 10 am today and they plan to be done with this  around 3 pm. They will need additional 2 hours for the beam restoration so we expect to get beam back in Hall C around 5-6 pm. Once we get the beam back, we will resume 5-pass reference cell data taking. A Moeller measurement for the 5 pass running will be scheduled during today's RC meeting. As a side note, 1-pass change for the d2n experiment has been tentatively postponed to the end of the program (September 17/18).
