It's that time of the year again: Ops is getting ready to send beam to Hall C as early as tomorrow. 

On the hall side we are ready except for:

--> HMS Q2 which is being worked on right now by Ellen (she may have found the problem, we have to wait and see): https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3901108

--> the raster (maybe): https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3901099 Mark reached out to Chris Cuevas to double check.

As of now the Hall is in restricted. The tentative plan is for Ops to sweep Hall C sometime tomorrow mid-day. The plan for Sunday swing and Monday owl would be to allow Ops to send beam to Hall C for optics checks with the Hall C target ladder in the Home position: HMS Q2 and the raster would not be needed for this. 

We scheduled a controlled access for Monday morning for Dave Meekins to condense H and D. During this access the raster can be checked, if needed, and also HMS Q2 can be further worked on, if the problem will not be resolved before tomorrow's beam arrival.
