[Hallc_running] [New Logentry] RC update

Very efficient running since yesterday. We actually completed the running at Q2 = 3.85. This morning we are making an access to rotate SHMS to small angle - 6.17 deg - in preparation for starting running at Q2=5. Also, Heidi and Ellen will troubleshoot the SHMS Q1 left lead flow controller which didn't seem to have restored properly after the last PLC reboot.

Once we are done with the access we will start the Q2=5 data taking with SHMS at 6.17 deg on LH2.

There will be no RC meeting this morning as I have to be down in the hall at that time.
