[Hallc_running] [New Logentry] RC update

We took an access yesterday morning to rotate SHMS to 6.17 deg in preparation for running at Q=5 and troubleshoot the SHMS Q1 left lead flow controller: https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3974487, https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3974486

The access ended around 1 pm and then we had to wait for the SHMS Q1 LHe level to be restored after the SHMS Q1 lead flow valve replacement. We started our first production run at Q=5 around 2 pm. We ran smoothly with the exception of 2 downs due to SHMS Q1: https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3974559 and https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3974701. Beam centering on target has been slightly adjusted: https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3974834

We now just recovered from the SHMS Q1 insulating vacuum down and we are about to take production beam again.
