I got in touch with the PD and Radcon, they're going to try and get a team over to sweep for ~08:00. 

As such, we should be able to get in to the hall around 09:00 or a little before that.

I'm just planning to drop to controlled, but if someone needs that to drop down to restricted for any of the work that needs doing, then we can make it happen.
