[Hallc_running] Quick Update at 11am

Dear Hall C Collaborators,

Machine did up come up as expected and Hall C is still stuck at little to no current.   Hall is going to be in restricted access while accelerator works to finish the Hall B 1st pass run and then reconfigure the injector.     At this point, the push will be to get Hall C current.

SL are not needed for swing or owl shifts.   Day SL should check-in and be available as needed.
