[Hallc_running] [New Logentry] RC Update

Recovering from yesterday's planned maintenance day has been challenging.  The machine was turned over to MCC around 8pm but they were unable to deliver beam to any of the halls overnight.  At todays 8:00am meeting there was a lengthly discussion regarding additional RF work that could be done today which would help us get to 80 uA.  The conclusion was that the RF group will take ~ two hours today to work on improving the RF trip rate and overhead.  Beam is estimated to be back around 11am.

When beam returns we will do a short beam checkout procedure (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4006653) and then continue production running at the highest stable current available (hopefully 80 uA).  

During an opportunistic access yesterday we thought we had fixed the HMS noisy drift chamber wires (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4006333) but apparently the noise is still there (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4006724).  We can discuss this at today's 11am meeting.
