[Hallc_running] [New Logentry] RC Update

Beam finally came back late SWING shift on Friday after being down since Thursday's planned maintenance day.  However, we are currently limited to 20 uA mostly due to Beam Loss Monitor (BLM) trips.  The current, very tentative, plan is that we will stay here over the weekend. Then on Monday, when all hands are on deck, they will take down the machine and figure out what needs to be done to get us to higher current. The PD is currently working on contacting the relevant groups.  We will meet today at 11am mainly to discuss how to be most efficient with the 20 uA we will be receiving the next few shifts (possibly LD2 negative polarity runs?).
