[Hallc_running] [Revised Logentry] Hall Update - Going to Controlled Access to repair SHMS Q1

SHMS Q1 began losing vacuum around 06:45. See the references above for more info.

It has been monitored since and shows no sign of recovering. Techs will be going into the hall to attach a pump. MCC has been called to drop to controlled access and radcon is on the way. This is going to be a ~half-day down. Anticipated completion is ~15:00.

I'll update here as we learn more.
