[Hallc_running] [New Logentry] RC daily summary

There is no beam today as work is still progressing on the injector. New estimate is that best case scenario, we could get beam on day shift tomorrow. 

Therefore, today Day, Swing, and Owl SL are cancelled. Day SL tomorrow will be on standby after I get an update at the 9am meeting (I will call them to let them know when to come in if needed). 

Hall is currently being swept to be put in power permit. We are setting all the kinematics now for KinC_x60_2. 

Thank you to all the TOs this weekend! And thanks to the injector folks putting in hard work!
