[Hallc_running] [New Logentry] RC daily update

Shift leader duties are cancelled through Tuesday day shift. The best summary of the injector situation is here: https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4229833

Two things will happen to bring beam in on Tuesday: 1) The gun will be at a lower voltage which will have implications for the beam energy and the scaling of all the magnets in the accelerator 2) A new photocathode will be used and a moller measurement will be essential for physics collected on this photocathode.

There will be no RC meeting today. If you need access to the Hall and plan to do work, please coordinate with me directly so we can set this up.
