[Hallc_running] [EXTERNAL] ODH certification Today Friday December 15th 2023 at 1 PM

To anyone working in Hall C.
There will be a ODH certification in Hall C from 1 PM to 3 PM.
Nobody else beside people from SSG group should be in the Hall at that time.
I will notify the mailing lists and put an entry in HCLOG when Hall C can
be access again since it might finish earlier than 3 PM.
