[Hallc_running] [New Logentry] RC Report - 3/18/23

We finished part i of the luminosity scan during day and early swing shift yesterday (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4151258). We encountered some issues with HMS rotation which were addressed by rebooting an overloaded Skylla10's CPU (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4151118). While changing configurations to do part ii of the lumi scans, all SHMS magnets did not respond to our attempts to change the currents. This required a quick escorted access during which Ellen fixed the issue by reseting the PLC (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4151302). As of this morning, we finished both parts of the luminosity scan. Carlos Yero posted some preliminary results for part i of the scans (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4151362). We are currently sitting at Pm = 580 MeV/c setting and will take data at this setting until beam is taken away from us on Monday morning. Ops has decided that they need an hour for wind down activities and beam to physics would be interrupted at 6 am on Monday!
