[Hallc_running] [New Logentry] Closing SHMS hut door

Yesterday Jerry Nines noticed that the SHMS hut door was being closed at too fast of a rate.
This causes the door to slam into the hut, causes vibrations throughout the SHMS. It probably
is what caused  the SHMS encoder to jump in the past.

When closing the SHMS hut door, please  used the button to get the door mostly 
closed then release the button to have the door stop.
Then  jog the button until the door closes softly.
