[Hallc_running] [New Logentry] RC daily update

Summary:
The NPS group of experiments had a very productive holiday weekend. We continue KinC data taking. There have been no issues in the hall in the past 24 hours, although the accelerator had some problems late last night which led to a relatively long downtime.

Issues:
One of the magnets in Arc7 gave an overtemp alarm around 10.30pm (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4227421). Since Hall D is not running these magnets were bypassed and beam was restored around 5.30am.

Plans:
1) There will be no beam during the day tomorrow while Ops look at the two zones in the south linac in which there were problems over the weekend. This could be a significant downtime.
2) We can assume that the pass change scheduled for Hall A on Friday will no longer be going ahead due to the ongoing Hall A dump/building 91 problems. This might mean a delay to the Wien angle change that was scheduled around the same time. 
3) There is a tentative plan for the spectrometer group to look at the Moller solenoid this week, perhaps on Wednesday.

If any other work is needed this week please let me know.
