Summary:
We continue production data taking for the NPS group of experiments. The accelerator had a significant downtime late starting late in the afternoon yesterday due to a LCW pressure drop in the south linac (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4227727).

Issues:
The cryotarget has developed a problem with the L2 fan, which appears to be getting worse (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4228080). The experts suspect that the power supply is failing due to radiation. 

Plans:
1) Ops have moved the planned maintenance day to tomorrow. We can expect beam off around 6 or 7am.
2) There are plans to have a controlled access tomorrow. Tasks planned include removing bases on the NPS calorimeter, investigate the target L2 fan problem and potentially work on the Moller solenoid (if the OSP is signed off by then). If any other work is needed tomorrow please let me know.
3) Due to the current hall A experiment being cancelled there is no reason to delay the planned Wien angle change, which will now happen tomorrow.
4) The collaboration would like to switch to a new kinematic setting in the next few days.
