Yesterday we began configuration change from optics during the 8:30 AM beam down to fix a pump, as the previous night we were unable to change the polarity of the HMS Q1 Power Supply. We did an escorted access for Heidi to change the PS back to remote mode, and then Steve Lassiter was able to help us remotely change the Q1 PS polarity. When beam returned we started taking elastic data, the first 50k replay showed that one of the NPS blocks was gone.

We did another controlled access to fix this, it turned out to be a very quick fix so the NPS temperatures were not greatly affected. Started taking elastic data around the end of the day shift and through most of Swing. Beam was down for around 7 hours overnight, but there ended up being just enough time to finish the planned elastic runs by 8:30 AM.

We are now setting up for a controlled access to return the calorimeter to 3 m.
