[Hallc_running] [Revised Logentry] Weekend operation, Monday and Maintainance day work planning

Many thanks to everyone's hard work, we are heading into a great start weekend operation, looking into the near-term future:

1. Saturday, October 28:  Setting change to kinematic x50_4 at 9 a.m 

2. Monday, October 30: Special Hall C corrector magnet study 8:30 - 10:30 a.m. Jay, David Gaskell, Bogdan, Spokespersons, and PD are all aware of this operation and agreed to cooperate to complete this test. Note that this test will not interrupt the operation of other halls.

3. Wednesday, November 2, 7:30 a.m.:  sweep the hall open for maintenance first thing in the morning. 
We will attempt the following maintenance items:
a. NPS students remove/replace damaged PMT/base. 
b. NPS shielding installation if ready
c. Ellen and Heidi for Cryo component check?
d. Chandan (and Dave Mac) checking/maintaining HMS hodoscope. to address this issue: https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4210267 

I am sure the maintenance list will grow as we get closer to Wednesday.
