Yesterday, the kinematics change were complete around 10:30 am. The SHMS was manually moved to 25.610 deg (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4280120). Remote rotation has been disabled

When beam is back, the anode current at the new configuration was much higher than expected. We turned off column 1, 2 (column 0 is off originally) to trade for higher beam current (7 uA). During the new configuration set up, it's discovered that the NPS downstream corrector has the opposite polarity of what it's expected, and the upstream corrector doesn't affect beam (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4280197). Three optics runs were taken. Then it's been production running since 5 pm. No major beam interruption except 2 hours lost due to the storm. The total ABU for the past three shifts are 15.8 hours. 
 
Beam will be off around 9 am today to prepare for Hall A beam. The expected down time is probably more than 4 hours. We will be in the controlled access. Josh will try to fix the temperature monitoring of some NPS back crystal zone channels. Please let me know if you plan to go into the hall.
