[Hallc_running] RC Update: March 24th

RC Update
At the PD meeting this morning, the possible plans moving forward were
discussed and a final decision on how to proceed was reached. They will
begin on Monday with the repair of the vacuum chamber in the North East
spreader, though preparations for the work began on Friday and have
continued over the weekend. The repair will require replacement of the
current vacuum chamber with a spare. The current time projection for
completion is roughly 5 days.
There will be no RC meeting today but we will meet tomorrow to discuss
this as well as possible plans for this upcoming week.
Shifts remain cancelled and further cancellations will be (likely) be made
tomorrow.
