RC Update:
Repairs will begin today on repairing the vacuum chamber. An overview of the plans can be found in the following log entry:https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4270828. After last week’s discussion about adding the possibility of moving to an intermediate position of 3.5 meters, RADCON has signed off the proposed plan off drilling a new pinning hole at 3.5 meters. Joe Beaufait will lock out the sweep magnet later this morning and the techs will begin working on drill the new hole later this afternoon.
We will meet today at 11 am for the daily RC meeting to discuss this and plans for this week without beam
