[Hallc_running] Hall C Shifts Cancelled until Wednesday SWING

Hello,
      As work continues to fix the vacuum leak in the NE spreader and with
a possibility for beam towards the end of this week, I am cancelling
all shifts until Wednesday (March 27) SWING. At the time, we will
have a better idea about the timeline for resuming production along
with when to condense the target (and thus the need for resuming TO
shifts). Thanks.
