Hall C was open (RA) yesterday morning for the Secretary of Energy tour, which went well. Beam was back around 1:30pm. Since then, it has been mostly smooth, quiet data taking. There was one minor DAQ crash (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4447901) during SWING, and a small issue with the target motion around midnight. The latter was likely a software glitch  (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4448029). We finished the z=0.50 pi- kinematics at the end of OWL and changed the SHMS angle and momentum for the next setting, z=0.90 pi- theta_pq = 2.0.

The plan for Hall C through the weekend continues to be to take production data without interruption as much as possible. There next planned downtime for us is Monday DAY for the Hall B pass change. The detailed run plan is continually extended as we make progress and tactical adjustments; shift crews should check the Wiki (https://hallcweb.jlab.org/wiki/index.php/Main_Page#Spring_2025_R-SIDIS_experiments) for updates. Current issues:
* Nothing significant. Keeping fingers crossed!

Shifts:
* All shifts are fully staffed through the end of the run. Thanks again to the last-minute volunteers who signed up for the remaining slots!

Shift notes:
* Shift crews please be aware of the paper sheet taped to the counting house whiteboard with a quick reference for troubleshooting technical issues after hours.
* Please double-check the start-of-run information before starting any run. Because of the frequent configuration changes, the info needs to be updated manually more often than many of us are used to.
