[Hallc_running] Store small files at tapes

Dear Hall C collaborators,
Here is a reminder of the rule when saving a large quantity of small (< 1MB) files at the tapes. Please compress them as a single tar file before putting them at tapes.
A common case is that a large quantity of “*.report” files are generated from the replay. They should be saved at the /volatile first, such as /volatile/hallc/<expid>/replay/<report>, compress that volatile directory as a single tar file, then use “jput” to store the tar file at tapes.
