Summary of Recent Activities:

Thursday Day Shift:  The accelerator had a scheduled repair during the day for turbo replacement. As a result, the beam returned later than expected. Production beam was re-established around 5–6 PM. A quick carbon hole check was done to verify the beam–target alignment.
Swing and Owl Shifts:  Operations were generally smooth with occasional beam trips.
Friday day shift:  Beam was off from 8 AM to noon today due to a waveguide leak at 2L06. Aside from this, data taking continued smoothly.

RC Meetings: There will be no RC meetings today (Friday), Saturday, or Sunday. The next meeting is scheduled for Monday.

Single-arm data were collected yesterday and today.  Special thanks to Lucas for covering the first half of Saturday's owl shift. The second half will be covered by the RC.

Looking Ahead – Items in Progress:
BCM Calibration:  Dave Mack has begun reviewing the calibration dataset provided by Lucas. A preliminary assessment is expected within the next day or two. Many thanks to Steve for his guidance and support.
Survey Work for GEM Stack (During Next Accelerator Maintenance Day on Wednesday July 9th ): Planning is underway and includes: Finalizing the survey schedule with the survey team, Installing hand guard rails, Locking out SHMS magnet power supply, Locking out GEM power supplies
A detailed coordination plan will be developed and presented at Monday’s run meeting.
