Wishing everyone had a fantastic July 4th. 

Summary of Recent Activities:
In the past 20 hours,  we operated in the production mode as expected, no long beam trips.

RC Meetings: There will be no RC meetings Today, or Sunday. The next meeting is scheduled for Monday.

Minor Observations:
1. Magnet Controller GUI Issue: Lucas observed that the "heartbeat" of the magnet controller GUI appeared to have stopped. However, the magnets themselves remained healthy. He resolved the issue with a soft reset. Shift crews have been instructed to monitor the situation closely. https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4411914 

2. Alarm Handler Communication Incidents. Two separate communication-related issues were reported with the alarm handler:  One incident affected the target alarm handler during the night shift; A second incident involved the main alarm handler for the magnet vacuum systems. In both cases, white boxes were displayed in front of the affected subsystems. Shift crews were instructed to acknowledge the alarms, continue data taking, and report if the problem persists.

Looking Ahead – Items in Progress:
BCM Calibration: Dave Mack is reviewing the calibration dataset provided by Lucas and Steve. A preliminary assessment is expected within the next day or two. Many thanks to Steve for his guidance and support.
Survey Work for GEM Stack (During Next Accelerator Maintenance Day on Wednesday July 9th ): Planning is underway and includes: Finalizing the survey schedule with the survey team, Installing hand guard rails, Locking out SHMS magnet power supply, Locking out GEM power supplies
A detailed coordination plan will be developed and presented at Monday’s run meeting.
