[Hallc_running] [New Logentry] RC daily update

There was a meeting today at 10:30 am to finalize the plan for re-energizing the C-ESC switch board and equipement downstream of it. Facilities will post the detailed plan and schedule soon but as a "broad strokes" summary it was decided to start the step-by-step loading of the C-ESC switchboard this week on Thursday morning at 7 am with vacuum and target and beamline intsrumentation being turned on first. Then the bigger loads such as the SHMS and HMS magnets (and Moller) will come online. All system owners were present at the meeting and gave input. 

I will post a link to the detailed plan and schedule of Hall C power restoration once it becomes available.

All shifts until Friday day are cancelled. Friday day shift and after are on standby.
