Power to the transformer and switchboard feeding Hall C was restored yesterday afternoon without incident. This morning, the breakers for the hall branch circuits were engaged according to the power restoration plan https://tasklists.jlab.org/tasks/116461. This also went without incident. Currently things are looking good. Thanks to everyone for the hard work with the extensive repairs and maintenance.

With power back in Hall C, various groups are in the process of restoring systems. The main plan for today, aside from bringing up the spectrometers and completing checklists, is to re-establish good vacuum everywhere. We then hope to be able to cool down and condense the target during the day tomorrow.

About shifts, here's the current plan:
TO: Friday DAY: standby. Friday SWING and later: please plan to come in.
SL: Friday DAY and SWING: cancelled. Saturday OWL and later: please plan to come in.

If beam is late, some SL shifts may end up getting cancelled after all, so please stay tuned. 

If you are signed up for shifts in the next few days, please double-check your training. Some people are currently still flagged as not having all required courses.
