[Hallc_running] [New Logentry] RC daily update

We spent yesterday restoring systems in Hall C after the long power outage. For the most part, this has been going well. Beamline and target vacuum are looking good (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4371572). Most systems are up. As of late yesterday, there were still a couple of outstanding issues:

- HMS Q2 power supply (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4371547)
- BCM temperature oscillations (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4371819)

The main plan for the hall today is to cool down the target. This will likely be done by late DAY or early SWING. We will lock up the hall at that point. Additional work will be done during the day including finishing adding RF shielding to the GEMs, looking into the HMS Q2 issue, and completing the remaining checklists. Accelerator will be finishing beamline & vacuum checkout.

As for the beam, MCC retuned the machine during the day yesterday, which took somewhat longer than anticipated and was done during SWING yesterday. Hall A delivery was delayed due to an IOC problem, but B and D have been receiving some production beam overnight.

We expect Hall C to be ready for beam during SWING. As already said yesterday, today's DAY shift target operator is on standby. SWING TO should come in. SL for SWING is cancelled—we have experts on standby for the startup.
