This morning Facilities gave an update at the MCC meeting. They are in the process of testing all the breakers at the 96-SWBD-ESC switchboard, few failed the test yesterday and they were replaced. There are few breakers still left to be tested today. The plan is to remove the scaffolding tomorrow morning and have the upstairs transformer ON tomorrow afternoon to energize the switchboard but NOT the loads downstream. This configuration would be maintained overnight into Thursday morning. Then on Thursday morning starting with 7 am equipment in Hall C that's fed by the 96-SWBD-ESC switchboard would be turned on sequencially.
