[Hallc_running] [Revised Logentry] RC daily update

This morning Facilities gave an update at the MCC meeting. The installation and the testing of the trip unit (between transformer upstairs and switchboard) has been completed yesterday as well as the testing of all the breakers at the switchboard. The scaffolding has been removed this morning. Facilities is on track for "warming up" the transformer and the switchboard starting with this afternoon. There will be no power to the Hall equipment downstream of the switchboard. The step-by-step loading of the 96-SWBD-ESC switchboard with Hall equipment will start tomorrow morning.
