For now the main topics for the meeting are
1) Vardan will present his documentation for calorimeter in
the present Fortran Hall C Analyzer.
2) The software review preparation ( more discussion below)

The 12 GeV review is shaping up for June 7 and 8. Rolf
presented an draft of the schedule which is posted
at

Each Hall will give a 1/2 hour talk in the morning. The focus seemed to
be an overview of the experiment equipment, DAQ , data analysis and the
goals and management structure for 12 GeV.
Then in the afternoon there is 2 hour breakout session with Halls A/C 
together and Halls B/D together. During breakout session each Hall 
presents 20-30min talk with specifics on 12 GeV analysis
and past analysis and present status.
Then expect detail questions and will need experts in the room for 
discussions and need backup slides. A lot of this needs to be
fleshed out, but I thought that I would provide the beginning ideas.
There is no actual charge for the committee yet, though the committee
has been picked.
