[Halld-cal] Meeting notes posted

Hi Elton and Eugene,

I provided a set of readout electronics to Yi and Carl. Yi will be using 
one assembly (optimized for the 1mm x 1mm) for temperature and 
irradiation tests of the 1 mm x 1mm devices; Carl will be using another 
assembly (optimized for the 3mm x 3mm cells) to test the 4 x 4 arrays, 
irradiated and non-irradiated, one cell at a time. These should enable 
us to determine if SiPMs can be used in the Hall D environment.
