[Halld-cal] Working Group Meeting tomorrow at 11:00 am

Dear Working Group,

We will have our working group meeting tomorrow. We will need to decide 
on talks for the collaboration meeting, so think about which issues to 
highlight. Also, Vitaly Baturin (Hall B) has been working with Sasha on 
some SiPM timing and rate measurements, which might be of general 
interest. Due to his schedule, I have given him some time at the end of 
the meeting.
